Design Resilience NZ is an open-access platform enabling and encouraging the building sector to exceed “code minimum” level performance. It went live in early April, and a link can be found at https://design.resilience.nz/
The platform is an authoritative source of recognised non-regulatory design and construction documents, and a valuable source of information for designers and practitioners. This is a joint undertaking between EQC Toka Tū Ake, the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE), BRANZ, and the technical societies (NZSEE, SESOC, NZGS).
The plan is to add additional documents over time as they are developed.
